About This Project
Establishing a brand for Highridge Partners and its founder John Long as a long-term strategist and thinker in the real estate industry was rooted in thought leadership. We positioned Mr. Long as a brilliant mind and strategist in an industry dominated by seat-of-the-pants decisions. Building this reputation was achieved through speaking, media interviews and publication of an annual manifesto of his views. Reputation was reinforced by the stunning 20-year growth record rolled up by Highridge, a story that we told nationally from The Wall Street Journal and Forbes to key trade reporters and writers. Knowledge = Strength was the theme created by Casey & Sayre to wrap around this thought leadership program.
