Armbruster Goldsmith & Delvac

About This Project

Armbruster Goldsmith & Delvac, a boutique land use law firm, has achieved prominence disproportionate to its size due to Casey & Sayre’s push to get partners quoted as expert sources. When the Los Angeles Business Journal sought an expert on a proposed streamlining of development permits by the City of Los Angeles, we offered Dale Goldsmith. We also pitched him to the Daily Journal where he was quoted on whether non-lawyers should be allowed to own law firms and for a California Lawyer article focused on the challenges of being a managing partner. We also have succeeded in getting name partner Bill Delvac quoted on many issues relating to California’s CEQA laws and partner Amy Froelich on the state’s controversial dissolution of community redevelopment agencies.
